Apache/2 updated to v2.2.22

Paul Smedley has updated Apache2 to v2.2.22. os2ports.smedley.id.au

"The Apache HTTP Server Project is an effort to develop and maintain an open-source HTTP server for modern operating systems including UNIX and Windows NT."

This version has been updated to v2.2.22 source.
