(1/1)

The RUN_JAVA package lets you start java programs by just double
clicking on the jar file. It will also create program objects for your
new java apps and it now works with java1.50 thanks to Doug.

"Since JAVA 1.5 doesn't work with everything (including the Firefox
plugins), I decided to keep JAVA 1.4.2_09 as default. That left me
with the problem of how to use Java 1.5.0. The RUN_JAVA package, from

supplied the answer. I installed that (highly recommended, even
without JAVA 1.5.0), then copied java14.cmd to java15.cmd. In

After you install the RUN_JAVA package. Here are two new files that adds
java15 functionality. Just download them to your RUN_JAVA directory and make
a copy of the "Create Java14 Object" => "Create Java15 Object". And change the
path/filename to: C:\PROGRAMS\RUN_JAVA\CREATE_JV15.CMD
http://os2notes.gotdns.org/files/create_jv15.cmd
http://os2notes.gotdns.org/files/java_15.cmd
Now you can just drag & drop your java1.50 jar files on the new
"Create Java15 Object" ;D
