I was able to get frostwire installed without Windows.

OpenProj 1.4 works with java 1.5. Runs great.

Here is how to with Java 1.5

***Note: your java 1.5 must be setup like this: http://www.os2notes.com/forum/index.php?topic=5.0

1) Create PROGRAM OBJECT for your java application. The path
    of the program object is different, because I copied the 3 different java 1.4.2 files over to java 1.5.07.

    path and filename:
         C:\PROGRAMS\JAVA150\JRE\BIN\JAVAW.EXE
    parameters:
          -Xmx400M -jar JAlbum.jar
    working directory:
         C:\PROGRAMS\JALBUM

2) Start your app and that is it!
