I just finished uploading two experimental nightlies of SeaMonkey
and Firefox to my SF.net site. Get them from

http://sf.net/projects/pmw-warpzilla/files/

The special thing of these builds over the standard nightlies is
that I have finally gotten the patches about printing workarounds
to a stage where they could be useful.

These packages react to new (maybe temporary) hidden preferences
    print.os2.supported.native
    print.os2.supported.postscript
that you can edit via about:config. They are supposed to contain a
list of comma separated printer drivers for which printing works.
Printers in the first category directly print using the OS/2 drivers,
those in the second category first produce a PS file in %TMP% which is
then transferred to the spooler.

By default these prefs are pre-filled with "FXPRINT" and
"PSCRIPT,PSCRIPT2,ECUPS", respectively, but you can add others to
test, if the programs crash or not for your favorite printer. (As an
example, I can add LASERJET to the native pref and for some drivers the
Mozilla apps don't currently crash, but that changes with the weather
and the time of the day.) For all printer drivers that are _not_ listed
in either pref, the content of the print process goes into the PDF file
(by default on the Desktop) as usual.

The problem is that I currently only have one printer (a HP PhotoSmart)
and that doesn't want to be printed to at all (it even stopped working
from other OS/2 apps using the standard OMNI driver). So I need people,
especially the ones using real printers using PSCRIPT and ECUPS drivers,
to test...

Let me know, how it goes.
    Peter.

P.S.: Sorry for not doing any other nightlies or betas/releases in the
last weeks. I thought this might be more important.
